Having found some time to settle off from daily course studies, i grabbed hold of Durjoy Datta and Nikita Singh’s co-authored book , ” If its not forever its not love”. A book that has already touched hearts all across India, it was me, who was left, yet to read and extract the sweetness of the novel. Deb and Avantika, mind you, were yet again superb in the own respect. The story being set in the backdrop of the Delhi blasts in 2011. Well, im not here to write about the summary about the book because that would infact lessen the suspense for those who haven’t read it. The love, the sweetness and a hint of naughtiness that can be found in the novel is what touched my heart the most. Selfless love, patience and a hell lot of sacrifice is all that is needed to turn your dreams come true. The selfless love of Ritam towards Ragini, that can be inferred from the Burnt Diary, which the narrator found from the blast site, indeed worth noting. The climax and the anticlimax were indeed shocking for me as i never really though of such an ending. After reading it, all i was left with, was a broad smile on my face.
I laughed.
I felt happy.
And that made my day.
